I got a call from a direct mail campaign and the guy says he wants to sell his entire business of 37 employees and 4 restaurants, with the name and everything and pack and move to Florida.

This is the type of job employees will quit over, luckily my guys toughed it out but sometimes you send guys out to stuff like this & it causes them re evaluate if what you are paying them is enough to keep going.

I cant find it.I remember listening to a podcast where they spoke about:- if an employee is failing at their job, its my fault because, I didn't show them how to succeed/ or I didn't communicate the expectations properly.Thanks!
