I got a call from a direct mail campaign and the guy says he wants to sell his entire business of 37 employees and 4 restaurants, with the name and everything and pack and move to Florida.

They go out of business and hurt their employees and customers.

@Jesse Goldberg  you may want to run your website and how our holding yourself out  by the CA BRE I think you need to have someone in your company as an employee be licensed to hold yourself out as a lender...

This is the type of job employees will quit over, luckily my guys toughed it out but sometimes you send guys out to stuff like this & it causes them re evaluate if what you are paying them is enough to keep going. 

I cant find it.I remember listening to a podcast where they spoke about:- if an employee is failing at their job, its my fault because,   I didn't show them how to succeed/ or I didn't communicate the expectations properly.Thanks!
