Recently a struggling Landlord reached out to Holton Wise because he's having issues handling the tenants at his four apartment buildings in Cleveland, Ohio. (C-Class Neighborhood)
We agreed to take him on as a client. The maintenance staff just got back from inspecting the property. It looks like this Real Estate Investor was in a little over his head when trying to deal with his tenants from hell. Isn't property management fun?!?
