My real estate investing has been very successful so far using only my own available funds, but I am considering taking on a HML to be bale to do more deals, and for short-term needs on great flip deals out of my current price range, due to available funds. Any advice for those who have used HML, or any recommendations? Thanks in advance

@Jeff Filali @Jay Hinrichs I took Jays advice and went with a local HML that knows my market. Going local establishes a good working relationship and the HML knows the prices etc. I tried Lending Home and it was a waste of time as they don't know local prices and nit pick to no end. Waste of time and money!
