Hey guys,I am about renovate my current home in preparation to start renting it out, once I purchase a new home.

What are your thoughts?

During that process, I thought,  I can do this!                

Seems like an obvious answer but thought I'd ask anyway as the MD office of WC does not pick up their phone or return calls in a timely manner.

Tenants are encouraged to request this information for their reference, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared during their stay on the property.Proof of Renters Insurance:Many property managers have a policy that requires tenants to have renters insurance.

we are trying to go through all of our options and we need the help of our community. we have had this property for almost a year. we will be meeting with the city again next month to discuss our options but we wanted to be well prepared.
