Long story short

-After college worked as a missionary raising support to provide for living expenses. 

-1 yr later felt called to the Fire service and step back from being a missionary. 

-Was selling personal items to make rent and buy food while going to school.

-Got married right after I graduated school (Married to my beautiful wife and have 3 amazing kiddos)

-Finished school and started working full-time as a firefighter/paramedic (still currently do)

-While working at the Fire Dept. there were a couple other guys who had their real estate license, then ended up helping my wife and I sell our home.  During that process, I thought,  I can do this! 

                During this time my wife and I were doing some side hustles. ( We were refurbishing kitchen tables and selling them,  we also had a pair                  of Australian Cattle Dogs that we bread and sold. I grew up raising, training, and showing Shetland Sheepdogs)

-Got my real estate license and in a couple years was doing pretty well.  Through that is how we got exposed to the investing side.  

                    (Side note: my wife comes from a huge family and multiple brothers of hers are builders/contractors)

-We attempted our first BRRR. We held for a year and rented but then sold it. However, we began to average 1 or 2 flips a year with those brothers for the last few years. Did a total of 5 with them and one on our own that we ended up keeping for ourselves as our primary. They were not available to do that property.

-This last FEB 2023 we lost the lead brother in a tragic car accident. 

-We have now started a new construction division in his memory as that was the route we were moving prior to his death. Since then we have bought 20 acres and have created multiple lots and broke ground late last fall on our new construction homes.  We have plans and hopes for the future to grow and expand this company leaving God's touch, our touch, and the touch in which our brother in law would have left as well!  Showing this through our work, our attitudes, and our actions.  

-I can only give God all the glory for all of this....my family, my work, the ability to face fear head on, and to strive as if I am serving him everyday.
