If you don't have a whole bunch of properties, you can manage yourself, at least until you network with other investors who can point you in the direction of a reputable PM.

Good ideas so far.I'll go to the old network and build relationships track though.Go to REIAs and other investor meetings as well as RE industry events and local business meetings to meet people.

Although usually not in the city itself because of the strict laws on rentals against landlords.My suggestion would be to get out, network, IN PERSON with people and leverage what you have.

I am in MA networking and getting my MA Brokers license this week.

We recently joined are nearby REIA to begin networking and learning lots and lots of information!

Networking with like minded people has brought me the best success in finding local talent.I haven't been able to establish a mentor, but I've established lasting relationships with people who are successful in their niche and have helped me to evaluate my business from a new perspective, which can be just as valuable as a mentorship.

Not new to BP but ready to network with all and everyone. let's make some money and strong relationships people!!!!!!
