Hello, My name is Mark Segars. I am new to this site and new to real estate investing. I have lived in this area for over forty years. My girlfriend and I are getting started in investing and we would appreciate any advice that anyone can offer. Hoping to be able to quit the day jobs in the future and focus fully on investments.
