We have fully licensed and insured contractors, electricians, real estate agents, and public notaries on the team as well as third party association with reputable contractors for the areas where we need to outsource. 

What permits and or licenses are needed to operated in the state of Pennsylvania?   

I have been a residential real estate agent for a little over two years now and am licensed in Kansas and Missouri.  

This is the question I've been wondering and the primary reason that though I've had my real estate agent license for nearly a year, I haven't hung it with a broker yet.

It's not impossible to wholesale off the mls, but most people who do that are licensed themselves and don't use a separate agent.

The downside to this are the classes cost money, there are monthly dues, and yearly dues to maintain a license.2nd.
