Property Management on East Side
Hi Everyone,
As someone of you know from past discussions, I have two condos on the East Side that I am renting out and in the process of searching for a third. The condos are 2 bedroom units. Because I live outside the state, my sister as been managing the properties for me. There is a possibility that she may move away in the next couple years. As a result, I am interested in referrals for professional property management firms who operate in the College Hill area. While the move is not immediate, I think it makes sense to start doing some research and speaking with different companies. Any advice will be most appreciated.
