I'm a newbie....quite excited to get started and at least get one wholesale deal under my belt.  Some of the problems that I'm running into first has to do with the real estate agents. I'm on

my 4th agent.  One wanted to work with me until he realized what kind of distressed properties I was interested in....another couldn't find time between watching hockey and going to the gym.  Another tells me that it's just to hard to wholesale.

I find properties, but the agents simply ignore me.  What am I doing wrong.  I also need

funding.  I found a wonderful property....needs work.  I was going to live in it (fix it up...and rent out my condo, but couldn't get funding.  Any suggestions.  I'm in the St. Louis area..
