I have been a residential real estate agent for a little over two years now and am licensed in Kansas and Missouri.  After researching, discussing, and weighing my options, I have decided to do some investing.  My business plan is to start out small with rental properties which I will purchase, rent, and manage.  If anyone has any tips that would be helpful, I would greatly appreciate any and all.  As with real estate, I know it won't be easy!  There is always something that you wished an experienced person would have told you about before you begin a new journey.
