She does not make a ton of money, but I work as a nurse where I have a w2 PRN staff job, but am currently working as a travel nurse as well.

Netflix and chill, start a business, travel, something else?

I don’t see it making a huge difference for many of the operators here who are very invested and hands-on with their properties  Personally I travel 200+ nights a year for work and stay primarily at Marriott’s.

Fly in our clear blue sky with minimal wind and perfect temperatures 99% of the time.You might also get some corporate traffic (relocation and temporary) and I have 2 travel nurses looking for places right now as well so they can be attractive,  especially during the summer months when our furnished rentals experience higher vacancy rates.

Some homes even have a movie theater and game room with pool and ping pong.What could be interesting is putting up themes and amenities that complement what folks traveling to your home will do.

Talk about how cool it would be to have financial security: a nice paid for car, a house of your dreams all paid for, great income coming in to cover all of our expenses and more so we can travel and give like crazy to causes that are bigger than us!  

My eventual goal is to be able to travel on my own terms and use real estate as my income source while working remotely.

(This is me talking to myself trying to sway myself from not picking this city to invest while I am living here now ..anyways)Instead of picking a city based on emotions, or spending a year traveling, you can pick one from your own living room, because the data is available to make a decision. 

Union or middlesex preferred but I’m willing to travel for a good lawyer.
