New to the BP and BRRRR community and looking forward to my first deal. I have a few business ventures and my accountant advised me to get into real estate.

So far my research and reading over the past few months have allowed me to develop and interest in buy&hold rentals and flips. My goal is to start out using BRRRR on my first few properties so that I can develop the basic hands on knowledge as an investor and then go from there.

I have financing already for a Maryland rehab that’s under $40k but I would love to connect with different investors as well as real estate agents, wholesalers, lenders etc.

I look forward to being a part of the BP community.

Dennis
