New invester. Need local attorney

Just closed on my first two family house 7 days ago!

I’m currently house hacking and the downstairs tenants are on the last landlords month to month lease.

Can anyone recommend a good landlord Tennant attorney in the linden area? Union or middlesex preferred but I’m willing to travel for a good lawyer.
