If you are worried about it you could get area rugs yourself (single nuetral color), it is cheaper.

White and light colored wood is popular these days so you could change of paint the blades.

My theory is that my call back percentage will increase, but the quality of the calls will decrease and thus a similar conversion to deals will not necessarily pay for the added expense of hand addressing.If context is needed to answer, I'm probably just going to send a colored #10 envelope to a variety of lists.

Soft to medium grays for wall paint colors look very soothing and contemporary; and wood (like) blinds will offer you the best ROI.
