House Hacking Single Family Home

I've decided to get started with investing by house hacking my 4 bedroom home. I've got 3 available rooms and I am seeking advice on how to run ads.

-Do I run ads for each room individually and wait for 1 room to be filled before running the next ad?

-Do I combine the three, interview all applicants and then choose 3 individuals all together to fill the rooms at once?

-What sites do you use to fill a single family with 3 different renters?

What has worked best for those of you that have house hacked a single family home? What are things that I should avoid?

Thanks in advance!
