Best 25 cities to implement what strategy?

My current plan is to implement a Buy and Hold strategy of multi-family rentals, and ultimately generate enough cash flow to leave both jobs and focus on R.E.I. full time. 

Those shortcuts are great to complement someone who's already experienced and can implement them well, but amateurish and gimmicky to the beginner.So yeah.. you will have learned something valuable, but 99% of the audience will never make money with it because they don't have the foundation (education, financial resources, network etc) to actually implement it properly.Personally I would always learn by trial-and-error rather than by dumping $50,000 into a course.

It doesn't feel like work and there is not enough hrs in a day to get things done :) What I am looking at implementing within our group is to find individuals that are willing to learn the business inside out and take ownership with running the daily operations.

If there is a history of forcibly sterilizing people, it's not hard to see the implementation of forced abortions (or get the abortion or be denied care and since it's nationalized you have no other options).

Either way, it may be a few years until we can implement that strategy again.

However create a strategic plan before you launch so as you hit targets and goals. you can begin implementing your structures and entity plans.

I haven't hear of this before but the city of Cedar Falls Iowa is implementing a six month ban on home owners turning their house into a rental property. 

In a truly apocalyptic scenario, I'd rather be there with appropriate survival implements.
