With that being said I would appreciate if someone with wholesaling experience or real estate experience in general could recommend me to a cost efficient tax preparer either near the phoenix/scottsdale area or virtually in a different state.

Not sure of the motivations, but I assumed it was an attempt to elevate their standing.

I had multiple cancellations and as a result, discounted the same dates to motivate others to rebook.
