Real Estate Wholesaling- Referrals to a reputable tax preparer?

Hello to all! I completed my first wholesale deal in February 2019 in Ohio. Prior to that I worked at a car detail place for a year and for the first month of 2019 and a couple of days into February. Now a year later I have been blessed with continued success in wholesaling and I decided to relocate to the Arizona area in December while still focusing on Wholesaling throughout the Ohio market. It is now tax season and I don't have a clue what kind of cpa or enrolled agent I should chose to do my taxes as this year is different than previous years. Although I relocated in December my income came from Ohio in 2019 from wholesaling assignments, a couple of JV agreements, and a little over a months worth of w-2 income from the car detail place. With that being said I would appreciate if someone with wholesaling experience or real estate experience in general could recommend me to a cost efficient tax preparer either near the phoenix/scottsdale area or virtually in a different state. I do want quality work and I don't mind paying a fee that pertains to my situation I just don't want to pay for someone that I don't need say someone who specializes in preparing taxes for Real Estate investors with a 40 door rental portfolio. I should note that I haven't done a very good job at book keeping through out this year. Any and all recommendations and responses are greatly appreciated!

Thank You!!
