I searched the internet and these boards and couldn't find an answer to my consideration.I currently have a single family house that is infestested with German roaches from top to bottom.

@Michael Ealy 15-20% IRR is the norm across the board what you see in the syndication space.

Once you are both on board with the decision, I would recommend searching for a mortgage broker so you can get a good idea of your financial/credit situation and get pre-approved for a loan.

When they pulled the walls down, lots of boards were twisted and deformed (not kiln dried).

If an agent were to effectively act as a home inspector they could face repercussions with their real estate board.

Have you checked job boards at those type of companies or looked into the positions and roles they have within? 

And fake cement board that looks like asbestos siding for patch work is not cheap either.

I did a quick search under Chicago's real estate board, and there are a ton of entry level jobs you can apply for.http://chicago.craigslist.org/search/rej?

It'd be much easier to sell or develop the land if everyone is on board.
