Need advice on purchasing off market properties without an agent.

I found what looks like a great deal on 2 off-market turn-key SF properties.  I am residing overseas, so I can’t physically see the properties.  Is it best to have my agent walk through them or coordinate a licensed inspector to walk through?  Also, can anyone provide any advice on submitting an offer on an off-market property without an agent?  Thank you for your advice.

@Donald Roy Scott your question is suggesting your agent does not bring a lot of value to you, and frankly, many don't. But the correct answer to your question is find a better agent. Preferrably one who is also an investor, does rehabs etc. The connections alone are worth it, let alone that you know the paperwork is done right. Look here on BP.
