I won't give you the street name, but it was so far out that the street was named after a type of snake.

They don't sell snake-oil or get-rich-quick schemes.

My plumber snaked it out and said if it continues to be a problem, I should have it replaced with a Gerber Viper toilet with 3 inch flapper.

Consider scheduling a maintenance inspection - snake the drains and do some mtc checks, but keep your eyes peeled for an criminal or suspicious activity.

So REIAs, to me, are just an extension of the latest snake oil salesperson trying to take your hard earned money away.

The point is, one person might like snakes and sparklers but someone else might like whistlin' kitties.

You may be able to call a Roto Rooter type guy with a camera and you can see what the issue is and then hopefully snake it especially if it worked previously.

I recommend that every rental and flip house that you invest in a plumbers snake, I snake every rental and flip house before I start work and after im done. it gives your peace of mind and hopefully no clogged drains.

I would have it snaked , then have it inspected by a camera , BEFORE you even have someone replace the line .  

We have carnival barkers here, snake oil salesmen (gurus) mentors, coaches and other wanting their hand in your pocket offering you an education.
