How to connect with real estate agents and other professionals

I have been trying to connect with real estate agents, lawyers, and other real estate professionals in my area for about a month now without success. I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out how to make these kinds of professionals become interested in helping me get started? I have really come to a roadblock on what I could offer them in return to make it worthwhile for them.

Thanks for any help,

Nate

Nate Green What is the logo that BNI members always discuss, Givers Gain? In order to get these professionals to work with you, I would recommend that you take them to lunch, ask them what you can do for them. The best way to get someone to help you, is to help them first, earn their trust and then continue to help them.

It really is also an excellent life lesson.
