Hi,

I´m considering the option to buy Kent Clothier´s Find the Motivated Seller now System to find vacant houses. In my area (Anchorage, Alaska) there are not the "thousands" they talk about, there are 350 contacts aprox. How´s been your experience with this system as a marketing list? I would like to confirm that´s indeed a better list than any absentee owned with High Equity list that I can buy from a regular vendor for 1/10 the price.

Thanks for sharing!

Call your local title rep and ask for a list of absentee owners. I would think there are quite a few vacation home owners in your area. I know several SoCal people who spend their summers up there. They always make easy targets... I mean good prospects.
