There is no cookie cutter answer unfortunately and sadly, there is no 100% guarantee that your personal holdings would not be hit even if you had every single protection in place.

The 3 comps I selected are 229, 249 and 249 (two of them are new construction cookie cutter  houses) /sf.To top it off, the 229/sf house was built in 1950 and remodeled recently.The other two 249/sf houses are new construction.
