How do you stand out as a desireable unit in a town that is saturated with many of the same cookie cutter condo 2b 2ba.  

So... how much of an impact would it be to just go straight to cookie cutter Rooms to Go stuff for the big ticket items? 

This is not a market for a generic, new build, cookie cutter home in an HOA neighborhood!

Instead of the cookie cutter blocks you see now a days. 

, 2) it manages the properties directly so there are many hands in the cookie jar, and 3) how/when/impact if "they" decide to liquidate properties and what would be the exact impact to me? 

The key is identifying a home that is not cookie-cutter.

There are hundreds of hard money lenders out there, ultimately I'd work with someone who has time to focus on ensuring you get a tailored mortgage instead of a cookie cutter solution.

I can say without a doubt that you've had your hands in the cookie jar on some partnerships that would be deemed as predatory, too.

It's now been 7 years since our fire and cookie-cutter neighborhoods are about 90% rebuilt, custom home neighborhoods are about 75% rebuilt, and luxury homes about 50% rebuilt.
