What are the costs associated with buying from a wholesaler? 

Also tried the CLT ( charlotte, nc ) market with the same method and its flooded with wholesalers.

They offer wholesale properties to investors, lending, rehab, and selling. 

Sounds like wholesale is the best route to get started in REI and wouldn't mind trying to dip into that as I begin my adventure.Of course any info or advice is greatly appreciated.
