Newbie from PNW!

Hi my name is Josh and I am as new as it gets. Zero experience but very motivated to learn and get started. Been in the car business past 2 years and thinking of transitioning into a mortgage broker or maybe become an Agent on the side to gain knowledge and build relationships. Sounds easy as I'm sure it's not but will get me moving in the right direction. Sounds like wholesale is the best route to get started in REI and wouldn't mind trying to dip into that as I begin my adventure.

Of course any info or advice is greatly appreciated.
