Wholesale question

Hey guys. I'm a new real estate agent who is now just getting into investing as well. Have a question about a whole sale deal. Say you have a property you want to buy, you get it under contract and call up your buyer. Once everything is agreed upon and the buyer backs out. What happens to the contract if you don't have another buyer to bring to the table. How long do you have till the contract ends?

Yes I sure do!  Wholesaling as an agent is permissible under Article 4 of the National Association of Realtors® Code of Ethics.  I write about it all the time on my blog at www.TheRedPillInvestor.com!
