Craigslist FULL of wholesalers, best way to connect w buyers?
Networking with cash buyers in Charleston, SC area has been a bit of a challenge for me, suggestions are welcome!
Have had ZERO response in Craigslist and my posts were completely transparent. Also tried the CLT ( charlotte, nc ) market with the same method and its flooded with wholesalers.
The past few days I've been trying to conjure creative ways to connect with buyers however I'm starting to feel like reinventing the wheel is not smart or efficient!
Also attempted to connect with realtors as a resource, is there a best practice for that because so far they have been reluctant... am I too transparent? Should I approach more businesslike?
P.s. please help :)
