Seek professional help.

Hello ALL,I just received my Real Estate License (AGAIN-first one in 2004) in the State of Florida 2 weeks ago but have been performing commercial property inspections for insurance underwriters for over 10 years.  

Does anyone know if this price is usually a baseline and they are likely to receive more than their asking price or if it is common to offer a lower amount based on repairs needed?

I'm not sure where those banks have all their locations, but it has been quite the difficult task finding a bank to work with me on this one...Now to the property managing softwares that can allow me to have multiple bank accounts to receive ACHs without paying crazy amounts of fees and providing proof of registration with the state....ugh... good luck!

The husband will be receiving his military paycheck until February, but they do not have jobs lined up in North Carolina yet.

I am mainly focused in flipping houses, because I find myself to be detail oriented, professional, punctual, realistic and love the idea of making something "new again."

They actually declined me at first, but I received a call the next day saying that they could do it.

Received a quote for about $500 per 3 months, liability coverage up to $100k.Is this reasonable?
