My name is Samantha and I am interested in learning all that I can into flipping houses. I am a newbie from Seattle, Washington. I am originally from Las Vegas, Nevada and grew up around construction and contractors. I have no experience in real estate, but am I very eager to listen and learn in order to become successful. I am mainly focused in flipping houses, because I find myself to be detail oriented, professional, punctual, realistic and love the idea of making something "new again." I came across BiggerPockets, by researching the necessities of flipping houses. Obviously one of the main factors is finding investors, and this sounded like a great opportunity.
