Insurance for a flip

Received a quote for about $500 per 3 months, liability coverage up to $100k.

Is this reasonable?

May I ask for recommendations for insurance providers?

@Assaf Furman the premium is based on the building value you are insuring, so without knowing what that is, no one could tell you if that is high or low.
