It really comes down to what you want in a PM Software package.

I think a good broker, especially in multifamily or commercial will help you put together the right numbers and marketing package to maximize your sale.On the retail side of things...so for personal single family homes think of it this way.   

Even if they can't get them stamped, they can still make them as part of the cost of the material package and you can have them reviewed and stamped by a professional engineer for a few thousand dollars.
