Hey everyone! My first rental will be up and running soon and I wanted to scour biggerpockets to see if anybody was willing to share their excel spreadsheets they use for all their banking and account purposes to help balance books. I feel its easier to use an existing excel sheet then attempt to create my own. Thanks in advance!

Look at the bottom of any BP page and you'll see a menu of pages. Look in the left column for "FilePlace" where you can search for different files shared by users. Last time I checked, there were about 300 spreadsheets.
