I like yourself recently graduated from Towson and have begun my investing career with my first "househack" in the Towson area.

I have a full time career so this would be an investment.

I really want to do this in real estate but I also know there are many ways to make your money work for you.Is REI mostly a "follow you gut" feeling type of career?

I`ve been in the construction industries for most of my career.

My question is which is the best school that I can actually learn from to get my license, and support my investing career for the rest of my life.At the moment, I work full time 8 to 5.

Find some way to add value to their career through purchases, referrals, internship, etc.
