what I know is if you take the course you too can own a Lambo Hurricane. just like the clever investor...
its one thing to get a real mentor type relationship that you pay for @Gino Barbaro I don't know Gino personally or anything about his mentorship programs.. but I do see that he does not lead with his automobile or his airplane or any other trappings of success...
Personally I just don't believe one can get their full potential out of reading on line.. much of what you read is just not correct.. we see it here on BP all the time .. the blind leading the blind.. faceless commentary.. some of it is excellent I have over the course of 3 years figured out who the true experts are on this site and there are many.
@Adam Juodis your comments are typical response from anyone asking about paid training.
and I agree many are in the seminar business with the ultimate goal to make themselves rich and I know they do that quite well.. I know a few of them personally.. as I have funded their students over the years. But there are others that Charge big dough and only take on a hand ful a year and give the student that one on one training in class rooms in person etc etc..
I think as good as any incubator is simply getting licensed and work for a commercial broker if you want to do Multi and or investmetns.. you will learn you will network and most of the commercial brokers I know that have been at this about 10 to 20 years are QUITE well off far better than those self taught online.
