Well how do u track how often your tenants guests are in the property?

insulate the exterior walls, take pictures and ask inspector if you can take pictures.Drywall, or if you doing a showerpan, u need to get it inspected.after drywall, it finish time,  get your tile gut in and tile, bathroom.after install your cabinets. , now have your electrican back to finish up the switches, outlets etc.no go buy your fixtures. check energy code in your area on GPM. install smokes and co2.all done?
