TV cables EVERYWHERE!!

Good Evening! My wife and i have two duplexes and i recently noticed that every time a new tenant moves in and requests a tv service, the technician comes out, puts a new dish on the roof, runs all new wires to every room, and drills new holes through the hardwood floors in every room! I spent the whole afternoon ripping out cables from the crawlspace, siding, and the roof. My properties do not have cable boxes in the wall like newer homes.

My Question is, Should i put something in my lease pertaining to these services?

What can i do to prevent this absurd amount of ugly cables from being stapled onto the siding?

What do you do?

Thanks in advance!
