I currently have another rental property that I have had great luck with medical students renting and have an "in" on the medical students from the school down the street.

I am a high school teacher and the kids enthusiastically want me to take a day and teach them a bit of what I know, and I have of course agreed. 

Eventually take over a business and minimize student debt, that all becomes much easier to don rEI.  

Many will suggest that student debt is not important but the reality is that any bad debt will come back to haunt you when your investing hits the inevitable bump in the road. 

A friend of mine and I would like to go into business together by buying student rentals.
