Intro to Real Estate Partnership

A friend of mine and I would like to go into business together by buying student rentals. What is the first step in doing so? Is it getting a legal team to draft up an agreement? Starting an LLC? We know the risks in going into business/being friends but where should we start?

to do a joint venture/ partnership together you first need to seat and discuss the goals, the strategy and the “what if “ , exit strategy, the split, the financial contribution.

What each party brings to the table and at what price or in exchange for what.

There are many point to clarify..

I once talked about it in podcast, feel free to msg me and I can send you the link.
