I see agents brag about going to a brokerage that charges $49/transaction or something cheap like that, not realizing they will not be around many/any experienced agents, probably don't get any training, no motivation, etc....they're lucky if they do 1 or 2 transactions, and then are gone in a year or 2....obviously there can be some exceptions...but I see it all the time.
