Seeking Advice Selecting a Brokerage as a New Agent

Hey All -

I am currently going through the studying phase for my state and national exam here in PA. I am getting pretty close to taking my exam and becoming a licensed agent. I have been in the real estate world for about 2 years now working with a property management team and running my own interior design business for STR. I have followed many different agents for a while now as well so now general knowledge is there.

My biggest roadblock I've hit so far is figuring out who to get licensed under. I am looking for advice on how to be selective with the brokerage I choose to join and how to weed out the mediocre ones and find the ones that are really going to help me grow as a salesperson. Any advice helps! TIA
