Don't be sheep. Don't follow others blindly.

Realize that your success as a real estate investor depends on your ability to find motivated seller leads... THUS, do not use strategies that have Less than a 3% (DMM, Cold Calling, Driving for dollars etc. etc. ) to find motivated seller leads. How many investors do this? pretty much everyone... how many investors are actually succesful... not many. Well there you go.

Focus on Credibility.

Get a website, do paid marketing through FB, Tik tok Youtube, etc.

Focus on SEO.

Use your head. 

Use your OWN head.

Stay honest, stay transparent and have an awesome open line of communication with everyone involved in the transaction... 

follow these rules and I will see you on the 8-Figure side!
