All one needs to do is buy the  list with 1-1-1900 to today as last sale date and suppress against that a list without the sale date as a filter

@Matthew Rembish Think of it this way, if you were to receive mass mail from a particular source there are chances it may be filtered as spam.

And of course, there are other filters that go in to an absentee list as Michael mentions.Likewise, there are other filters that go in to expired listings as well to get the best response.
