@Michele Fischer The great thing that attracts me to complexes of 5+ units is that the qualification to purchase is based on the cash flow of the property, not the cash flow of the individual (income).

Zillow, et al. is, so far as I can see;  using real estate listings as a way of attracting web page viewers to view the advertisements which are also on the webpage.

I as well have a website, and a sizable cash buyers list of absentee owners who have paid all cash in the last 3 months that I have yet to mail to.Also looking to network, and possibly be able to market someone's deals on my website to attract cash buyers from my mailings.
