I'm a new member of BP out here in San Jose, CA. I'm originally from Vancouver, Washington but my wife is from San Jose, so this is where I am now.

I've been a residential mortgage broker for the last 10 years and am starting to explore multifamily investing (5+ units) and property management to get my fee wet in this arena.
