CA wholesaler w/ MLS access

So I'm new to wholesaling, but I've got access to the MLS and know how to search it proficiently. I'm looking to partner up on my first few deals to learn how to effectively do it here in Cali, as I've heard this is a more difficult market to wholesale in. Let me know of anyone willing to go 50/50 on some deals that I could be an asset to. I as well have a website, and a sizable cash buyers list of absentee owners who have paid all cash in the last 3 months that I have yet to mail to.

Also looking to network, and possibly be able to market someone's deals on my website to attract cash buyers from my mailings. Thanks!
