Hello,

My name is Doug Martens and I am a fairly new real estate investor in Milwaukee Wisconsin. My wife and I got started in December, 2013 after getting hooked up with Fortune Builders. Last week we closed our first wholesale deal and now have extra cash to ramp up our marketing. I need to learn how to increase the number of leads I get, so I can make many more offers. My short term goal is to wholesale at least 1 property per month. Then do a rehab project. Getting our first deal was hard. Fortune Builders extracted a huge amount of cash from me and left me with very little for marketing. I am learning every day.
