I am in in the middle of a 20K renovation for a doublewide on land.  

there of course are a number of questions you should be asking... as boots on the ground are you just checking out houses for them, trying to buy them, are they going to wholesale them after you lock down the deal or are they going to renovate and retail them.. etc etc etc.

Most people who are new to renovating make their biggest and most expensive mistakes in choosing the wrong people to do the work and not knowing how to supervise them properly, and being ignorant on how to manage a budget.  

Hi BP Family,I am looking to buy my first home and would like a person who specializes in 203k renovation loans and has a good relationship with general contractors as well. 

There are only 2 things that would allow the renovated garage to be habitable:1. 

The large tenant (former owner) has moved out (expected as the lease expired and they wanted smaller space) We got our drawings done, and again after WAY too much time working with the city we finally got our plans for renovations approved.

This was my second 203k renovation, but first foreclosure purchased through a HUBZU auction.  

Hi All,What do you think about this deal...3 bedroom 1 bath townhouse (no hoa) has been renovated, but poor workmanship.

I told them this was not acceptable, as I would be using that space (for turnover and renovation) on a daily basis.Well, after my request not to use the space not assigned to them (verbally, then memorialized via text), I once again showed up this morning with both spots filled by this same tenant.She is mostly a good tenant (inherited, we purchased last August), but as with most tenants she sometimes looks to see where "the line" is by testing my rules in minor ways.The parking assignments are addressed in her lease (MTM), but what I am struggling with is the part where I state, "if you don't comply with my request, then this <consequence> will occur."
